I have been involved in the active practice of law in Hays County, Texas and surrounding counties since 1974. I have had extensive criminal and civil trial experience with the focus on civil work the past 15 years. My practice consists primarily of personal injury work, a high volume of family law, and extensive mediation work. I will customarily mediate over 80 cases a year. With the formation of a local collaborative law group, we have witnessed a steady increase in the use of this process to resolve cases.
