I have been involved in the active practice of law in Hays, Caldwell, Comal, and Guadalupe Counties since 1974. I have had extensive criminal and civil trial experience with the focus on civil work for the past 20 years. My practice consists primarily of complex family law cases, personal injury and wrongful death work, and an extensive mediation calendar. I will customarily mediate over 200 cases a year. I also have experience in representing clients and mediating in the collaborative law process.

I am a Trained Mediator, specific training in Family Mediation. I am fluent in Spanish, which has been an important part of my practice since 1974. I am able to and enjoy representing clients whose primary language is Spanish. I have conducted mediations in Spanish.
